Our Commitment We want you to love your Tola Designs purchase! If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at toladesigns26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different design or product of equal value. Contact us at [your email] to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
